Jana Brown has been appointed as SVP, and Chief People Officer at eHealth, a well-known online marketplace for private health insurance.
“We should all be proud of our company’s ability to recruit excellent individuals for leadership roles,” eHealth CEO Fran Soistman remarked. “Our approach is a winning mix and a driving factor behind our transformation program. It integrates fresh leadership with new ideas with seasoned veterans.”
According to Ms. Brown, “eHealth’s objective is to guarantee that all Americans have access to the knowledge and advice required to choose healthcare plans that match their specific requirements and finances.” I’m thrilled to be a part of a business and a network of skilled licensed agents who enroll families in high-integrity health insurance and have a positive influence on their health.
Ms. Brown joins eHealth from Centurion Health, a Centene subsidiary that is independent, where she served as EVP and Chief Human Resource Officer, in charge of total rewards, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, human resource operations, and talent acquisition. She held the position of Head of Talent and Total Rewards at CareSource HealthPlan prior to joining Centurion Health.
At TIAA, she also held the positions of SVP, HR Chief Operating Officer, and Business Partner. With technology that enables customers to enroll in health insurance, eHealth, Inc.
