“Fertility clinics reported that egg harvesting and freezing were higher than usual during the pandemic because women postponed having children owing to the uncertainty,” says Julie Stich, CEBS, vice president of content at IFEBP.

Specific alternatives
According to the Employee Benefits Survey: 2022 Findings, based on a survey of over 500 firms, the number of employers giving fertility benefits has steadily climbed in recent years.
