The majority of these users are white-collar workers between the ages of 20 and 40.
Last quarter, uKnowva announced its entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a partnership with 1sTalent LLC to expand its footprint in the MENA area. The collaboration will help uKnowva grow by 200-300 percent by the end of 2022.
The pandemic’s emergence underlined the critical need for technology to allow preparation and resilience. The epidemic has impacted every corporate function, requiring HR departments to make permanent adjustments to employee experience and leadership. For the most part, the upheaval and uncertainty have focused attention on how organizations can and should use technology to manage remote workforces, maintain high service levels, and meet the demands and wishes of employees and clients.
Vicky Jain, Founder and CEO of uKnowva, commented on the growing usage of HR technology to drive collaboration and creativity, saying, “The COVID-19 epidemic has drastically transformed the way organizations function, and human resources is no exception.” Companies are hastening their adoption of cutting-edge HR technologies in order to enhance resilience and agility in the face of escalating challenges.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, HR technology has seen enormous breakthrough breakthroughs in the form of the deployment of new techniques, concepts, and technologies to improve employee experience and skills in order to accomplish organizational objectives and goals. Over $12 billion in the capital was invested in HR technology in the previous year, which is more than twice the rate of investment between 2020 and 2021. With an explosion of innovations and investments, the HR technology business is undoubtedly on an exponential development trajectory.
Because of remote work arrangements, the majority of organizations now have a staff that is scattered across many geographies. Thus, in order for employees to properly carry out their jobs from a distant location, HR teams must give them supportive technology and resources. Human resource departments, too, require the necessary technology and tools to carry out their responsibilities remotely. Furthermore, HR teams must sustain organizational culture and improve employee experience even when employees can no longer meet one other in person. That is where technology such as cloud computing, human resource management systems (HRMS), and unified communication tools may assist organizations to conquer remote work.
“Every day, we have 1 lakh interactions on our social intranet, which is a Facebook-like tool for workers.” uKnowva has expanded at a pace of 200 percent year on year in India over the previous two years, owing to its role as a complete platform that houses every critical HR tool under one roof. Our HRMS platform functions as a 360-degree console, with capabilities such as contactless attendance, payroll automation, an employee directory, and a performance management system.
The solution integrates seamlessly with current HR systems, identifies critical data, and allows you to tailor outputs and activities. Through AI-enabled chatbot capability, the system also gives vital insights into employee performance through a “happy index” meter, identifies and hires the right personnel, and supports with the smooth administration of human resource operations such as leave applications and payslips.” Vicky elaborated.
