Binu Philip Has Been Appointed As The Ceo Of Schneider Electric’s Greater India Zone

Schneider Electric, a global specialist in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has named Binu Philip as the new zone vice president of HR (CHRO) for greater India.

Philip was previously the vice president of human resources for the international operations of the company’s secure power business.

He has worked with Schneider Electric for almost seven years, handling major initiatives such as Schneider Electric’s merger and acquisition of the L&T electrical automation company.

Rachna Mukherjee, who has worked with the firm for over eight years and will retire on December 31, 2022, is succeeded by Philip.

India is one of Schneider Electric’s four major hubs, with over 36,000 people, and is well-positioned for future expansion as a technology and digital talent hub.

He has over 30 years of expertise in numerous industrial areas such as IT & digital technologies, commercial operations, telecom, and technology services as a post-graduate in human resources (MA PM &IR).

Philip has worked as a senior HR executive with Microsoft Corporation, Aditya Birla Group (Idea Cellular), and RPG Enterprises (Harrisons Malayalam Plantations Ltd).
