BrightHire, the leading interview intelligence platform for increasing hiring quality, has announced a collaboration with enterprise hiring platform SmartRecruiters.

BrightHire’s SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system (ATS) integration and inclusion in the SmartRecruiters marketplace are key components of the partnership. Talent acquisition teams can use the new integration to improve the quality of their hiring, avoid costly mis-hires, and reduce bias throughout the hiring process.

The connection streamlines operations and gives hiring managers the ability to make evidence-based recruiting choices while also reviewing the whole applicant lifecycle. The BrightHire side panel, which is built directly into the SmartRecruiters candidate record, allows users to easily examine and transmit BrightHire interview notes, transcripts, interview highlights, and significant moments.
