Satyadeep Mishra has been named the new chief human resources officer of CleverTap, the world’s top retention cloud. He formerly served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the technology, product, global functions, and foreign markets teams of the hospitality-technology platform OYO.

Satya brings with him a demonstrated history of team leadership and conceptualizing cutting-edge HR strategies across the domains of talent acquisition, training & development, and performance management.

Satya has over two decades of experience working with companies like Jio, Barclays, and Bajaj Finserv among others. He was also crucial to Jio’s core telecom and digital ventures’ revolutionary growth trajectory.

Middleware-Based Approach

A global translation layer, or collection of middleware to simplify data and connection, is what B2B actually needs, according to Lane. He used the ATM network as an example, where there are still many separate networks functioning all over the world, but middleware connects them all.

According to Lane, in the B2B context, a translation layer “fosters the interoperability between businesses to enable them to interchange electronic payments, and more significantly, electronic remittance information is the key to driving success here.”

He continued by saying that providers like Billtrust are able to extend beyond conventional AP and AR lanes and integrate net terms, working capital, and cash flow management into a platform that is effectively a loop of innovation thanks to rich data flows.

Being a member of a group this vibrant and active is a true delight. The development of CleverTap over the last few years is a credit to the skills and commitment of each member of the team.

More businesses now recognize the importance of HR activities, not just in people strategy but also in business, particularly in the work-from-anywhere age.

I’m thrilled to be working with people that share my views and see how critical it is to keep and develop young talent. Satyadeep Mishra, CleverTap’s chief human resource officer, stated, “I am optimistic that together, we can reach new heights and shatter conventional limits while generating value not just for our clients but also for our workers throughout the world.
