Manual job board advertising may not yield the greatest outcomes in terms of number and quality of candidates. SutiHR’s latest capabilities allow positions to be automatically listed on several job sites where the firm receives high-volume and high-quality traffic.
Among the new features are:
- SutiHR now provides XML Job Feeds, which automatically produce job postings on any job board and get job applications through API. HR Administrators may instantly publish several positions on any job board without having to fill out multiple applications.
- When necessary, HR Administrators may now quickly withdraw an applicant at any point of the recruiting process.
- HR Administrators can establish unique rejection reasons that will be presented with candidates when they are rejected from the recruiting process.
- As appropriate, HR Administrators can alter the employment portal logo for a single business unit.
- When an approval procedure is amended, the solution automatically produces a log. The log records any changes made to an approval workflow.
- HR Administrators can filter workers based on Employment Status and schedule reviews when preparing an individual or group performance review.
- When a new folder is created, renamed, or deleted, or a document is transferred from one folder to another under the employee Documents tab, the solution automatically produces a log.
- When a performance evaluation is planned, the system immediately sends mobile alerts to assessors.
